You’ll enjoy an approximately 50-minute dolphin experience that includes shallow and deep-water time (15 Feet / 5 Meters), with opportunities to touch, play, and learn training behaviors with a dolphin in natural seawater.In deeper water, you’ll have plenty of interaction time and will receive at least one dolphin ride, such as:

  • Double dorsal fin ride (one dolphin on each side), or Foot push ride (two dolphins behind the soles of your feet), or Belly-to-belly ride while holding the dolphin’s pectoral fins across the water.

  • Every dolphin experience is unique. Rides and specific activities depend on the dolphin’s comfort and willingness on the day of your visit.

Total time on-site: approximately 4 hours, including the dolphin presentation, Photo Lab, and transportation from your resort.
Snacks and drinks are available for purchase.
Free transportation is provided from selected hotels. Pick Up Bavaro Beach Resorts on Monday to Saturday. Pick-up in Cabeza de Toro Resorts is included on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Pick-up in Uvero Alto Resorts is included on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Exact Pick Up time will be on your email confirmation from us.

Minimum height requirement: 47 in / 3’11” / 120 cm (all participants).

IMPORTANT:
*All PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 47  INCHES (120 CM) AND UP. CHILD PARTICIPANTS WILL BE MEASURED WITHOUT SHOES ON.
*ANYONE 17 YEARS OLD AND UNDER MUST HAVE ONE (1) PAID ADULT PARTICIPANT IN THE WATER WITH THEM (AN ADULT IS ANYONE OVER 18  YEARS OLD AND UP). 1 ADULT PER GROUP OF 3 CHILDREN.
* DUE TO LIMITED SPACE ON THE DOLPHIN ISLAND, OBSERVERS OR  COMPANIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ENTER THE FACILITY OR COME TO THE ISLAND.
*ALL PARTICIPANT MUST KNOW HOW TO SWIM.

*A Professional Photographer is there to take photos of your dolphin swim. 20 – 30 digital photos per participant can be purchased after the Dolphin program. Digital photos packages starting at $80+.

Schedule: You must check in 30 minutes before the activity time or make sure to catch your transfers from the hotel on time.

Location: The Dolphin Facility is on the Bavaro Beach, DR. You will get complete written pick up instructions or directions and map links with your ticket.

Dolphin Royal Swim

* A 50 minute shallow and deep water experience.
* The Dolphin Program includes: touching, playing and training with a dolphin. You will also swim into deeper water for more interactions and get a least 1 ride with the dolphins. You will get a dorsal fin ride and toe push ride or belly ride. (Approximately 4 hours, Bus Transfer, Dolphin Program, Presentation, Changing Time & Photo Lab)
* You need to be able to swim in this program.
* Each session is unique, based upon the guests and dolphins.
* A 15 – 20 minute educational classroom presentation prior to entering the water.
* Group size is 10
General Information

* All participants must be 47″ inches / 3’11” / 120 cm
* Anyone 47 inches to 17 years old can participate alone without an adult (18 yr +) in the water with them.
* Group size: limited to 10 people to ensure an unique and fun experience.
* Each Session includes the dolphin program, briefing, marine exhibits, photos & transportation. You could spend 4 hours total time.
* No Pregnant Women
* No Jewelry, Body Piercing, Fingernail Jewelry, Cameras, or Any Outside Objects in the water with the dolphins
* If you have any physical or mental limitation, please contact us before booking
* Must be able to understand directions given in English or Spanish have a paid family member or friend in the water to translate.
* Life Vest will be provided at no extra cost.
* Guests should bring their own bathing suits & towels.
* Observers are not permitted in the facility or island.
Location

* Dolphin Island is on Bavaro Beach.
* You will get complete ticket and directions either by email or text. You can not get lost.
Photography

* Cameras are not permitted in the Dolphin Area.
* Observer must stay in the observation area.
* Observers / Companion can watch the participant . Some of the dolphin ocean pens are obstructed views, please be aware of this.
* If the participant is in an obstructed view pen, the observer will NOT be able to see participant well.
* There will be professional photographer taking photos (No Video) of you and digital photos are included.
* NO cameras allowed in the water with the dolphins.
* Digital Photos can be purchase, 1 – 2 persons approximately $80+ for 20 digital photos +, 3 – 4 persons approximately $120+ for 30 digital photos+. Photo prices can be negotiated.
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received by Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. in writing by email, dolphinworldresponse@gmail.com. A 10% service charge prior 31 days of activity date. A 50% service charge within 30 – 15 day period prior activity date. A 75% service charge within 14 – 8 day period prior activity date. Prior 8 days of your reservation date, you may change your reservation to a gift certificate, good for 1 year from the date of the certificate plus change fee. Dolphin activities goes on Rain or Shine. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS who cancel within the 7 day period, does not show up, are late for scheduled program(s). Once a reservation has been made, a change to the scheduled program date is subject to availability. Changes made to existing reservations are subject to a $25.00 per person change fee.

Traveling to the Facility:
Dolphin World will not be responsible for lost or cancelled activity times as a result of air flight delays, travel or transportation delays, war, or acts of God.
