Description

You will get a 30 minute shallow (3 – 4 feet deep) water experience including touching, playing, petting and having fun with a dolphin in shallow and safe water. There are No Rides or Deep water time with the Dolphins in this program. (Approximately 2 hours with the Dolphins, Changing Time & Photo Lab) Life Vest will be provided and 1 FREE photo print (5X8). Guests should bring their own bathing suits & towels. PLUS, Dolphin Shows, Sea Lion Show, and Marine Animal Exhibits – You can spend 3 – 4 hours in the park & dolphin program. Food can be purchased at park and $6 all day Parking. All paid Participants must be at least  4 years old and up.

IMPORTANT:
*ANYONE FROM 4 TO 7 YEARS OLD MUST HAVE ONE (1) PAID ADULT PARTICIPANT PER CHILD IN THE WATER WITH THEM (AN ADULT IS ANYONE OVER 18 YEARS OLD AND UP).
*ANYONE FROM 4 TO 7 YEARS OLD MAY NEED TO BE HELD BY A PAID ADULT PARTICIPANT IF THE CHILD CAN NOT STAND ON ITS OWN IN 3 TO 4 FEET OF WATER.
*ANYONE FROM 8 YEARS OLD AND UP AND MUST HAVE ONE (1) PAID ADULT PARTICIPANT OR OBSERVER. (AN ADULT IS ANYONE OVER 18 YEARS OLD AND UP).

Location: The Dolphin Facility is on the Eastern Shore, Waimanolo area of Oahu, Hawaii. You will get complete written directions and map links with your ticket.

Dolphin Encounter

* A 30 minute shallow water dolphin experience including kissing, touching, cradling, playing, handshaking and singing with the a dolphin.
* No deep water or swimming with the dolphins in this program.
* Each session is unique, based upon the guests and dolphins.
* A 15 – 20 minute educational classroom presentation prior to entering the water.
* Group size is 8 to10 persons
General Information

* All Participants must be 4 years old and up.
* Anyone within 4 – 7 years old, must have a paid Adult participant per child (an Adult is anyone 18 years or older).
* 1 Adult per 1 Child. Example if you have an 6 and 7 year old children, you would need to have 2 paying Adults in the water with them.
* Anyone 8 years or older can participate without an adult in the water with them but they are required to have 1 paying adult observer.
* Group size: limited to 10 people to ensure a very personal experience
* Program Check In Times: 9am or 1pm
* Each Session includes the dolphin program, briefing, shows, & marine exhibits. You could spend 3-4 hours in park.
* No Pregnant Women
* No Jewelry, No Body Piercings, No Bracelets, No Nail Jewelry, No Body Dermals, No Cameras, No Hats, No Head Coverings, No Outside Objects with the Dolphins.
* If you have any physical or mental limitation, please contact us before booking
* Must be able to understand directions given in English or have a paid family member or friend in the water to translate.
* Life Vest will be provided at no extra cost. Wet suits are NOT provided.
* Guests should bring their own bathing suits & towels.
* Showers, changing room are provided
* Lockers can be rented – $6 per locker.
* Food is available for purchase.
Location

* Sea Life Park is on the Eastern Shore, Waimanolo area of Oahu, Hawaii.
* You will get complete ticket and directions either by email or text. You can not get lost.
* Waikiki Hotel Zone to Park approximately 30 minutes by car
* Ko Olina area to Park approximately 1 hours by car.
* North Coast to Park approximately 1 1/2 hours by car
* $6 All Day Parking available. Cash needed to pay for parking.
* Food is available for purchase.
Transportation

*You must provided your own transportation by Taxi, Uber, Lyft, or Private Car.
Photography

* If you have an observer in your group, they can take photos and videos of you during your dolphin program.
* Observer must stay in the observation area.
* There will be professional photographer taking photos (No Video) of you and your group with the dolphins.
* NO cameras allowed in the water with the dolphins.
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received by Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. in writing by email only. A 10% service charge prior 31 days of activity date. A 50% service charge within 30 – 15 day period prior activity date. A 75% service charge within 14 – 8 day period prior activity date. Prior 8 days of your reservation date, you may change your reservation to a gift certificate, good for 1 year from the date of the certificate plus change fee. Dolphin activities goes on Rain or Shine. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS who cancel within the 7 day period, does not show up, are late for scheduled program(s). Once a reservation has been made, a change to the scheduled program date is subject to availability. Changes made to existing reservations are subject to a $25.00 per person change fee.

Traveling to the Facility:
Dolphin World will not be responsible for lost or cancelled activity times as a result of air flight delays, travel or transportation delays, war, or acts of God.
