Description

Your Puerto Plata Dolphin Encounter will be 30 minutes  educational and entertaining shallow water dolphin program which takes place in a salt water lagoon/pool and you will have a chance to get up close and personal with a dolphin. watch, touch, hug and play with the dolphins in this shallow / non-swim water marine adventure.

Dolphin Encounter

* You will be 20-30 minutes in waist deep/shallow water with the dolphins where you will be hugging, touching, kissing, dancing, feeding, and cradling the dolphin.
* Enjoy meeting and interacting with two of the friendly dolphins in the most intimate and wonderful of settings,
General Information

* All Participants must be 1 years old and up.
* Anyone within 4 – 12 years old, must have at least one paid Adult participant.
* 1 to 3 years old are FREE and can participate with a Paid Adult Participant.
* Maximum of 2 children per adult participant.
* No Pregnant Women.
* Transfer Available from Most North Coast Cities.
* FREE BEACH ACCESS! Before or after your program, relax in a lounge chairs under swaying palms, swim in the clear, turquoise pools to use.
* Snorkeling in Aquarium, Sea Lion Show, Bird Exhibit, Tiger Grotto, Iguanas Exhibit.

Location

* The Ocean World is located on the Puerto Plata Coast.
* You will get complete tickets by email or text.
* Each session is a full day of activities. briefing, dolphin experience, photo viewing, and all the amenities within the park.
* Approximate Time: Pick Up 8am – 9am, Return Back to Resort 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Photography

If you have an observer in your group, they can take photos and videos of you during your dolphin program. Observer must stay in the observation area. There will be professional photographer taking photos (No Video) of you and your group with the dolphins. A Photo starts @ $45 and up.
Transportation

* Round Trip Transportation within Puerto Plata area hotels are FREE.
* Round Trip Transportation outside city limits will be charged, Sosua ($5pp) , Cabarete($5pp),

Cruise Ship Passengers:
* Carnival Passengers CAN NOT book direct. They must book through the cruise ship.
* Round Trip Transportation from Amber Cove will be charged, $5pp,
* If you need to take a taxi from the cruise ship terminal, Taxi cabs are readily available just outside. This will take about 15 – 20 minutes to Park Facility and will cost around $8 – $10 per person.
