Description

You will get a 30 minute shallow and deep water experience including touching, playing and training with a dolphin in waist deep water. Also, you will swim into deeper water for plenty of  interactions and will get to swim with the two (2) dolphins through the water of the pool. You will enjoy the exciting dorsal fin ride with 2 dolphins on each hand and 2 dolphins behind  the soles of your feet for the one of the kind dolphin foot push ride. (Approximately 2 hours with the Dolphins, Presentation, Changing Time & Photo Lab). Food is Not Available and All Day Parking is Free. All participants must be 54 inches and up.
IMPORTANT:
*All PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 54  INCHES (138CM) AND UP. CHILD PARTICIPANTS WILL BE MEASURED WITHOUT SHOES ON.
*ANYONE 12 TO 17 YEARS OLD CAN GO BY THEMSELVES WITH AN ADULT (18 YEARS+) OBSERVER.
*ANYONE 11 YEARS OLD AND UNDER MUST HAVE ONE (1) PAID ADULT PARTICIPANT IN THE WATER WITH THEM (AN ADULT IS ANYONE OVER 18  YEARS OLD AND UP).
*NO PARTICIPANT CAN BE 250 POUNDS OR MORE IN WEIGHT.

Schedule: You must check in 30 minutes before the activity time.

Location: The Dolphin Facility is on the Duck Key, Florida. You will get complete written directions and map links with your ticket.

Dolphin Royal Swim

* A 30 minute shallow and deep water experience.
* The Dolphin Program includes: touching, playing and training with a dolphin. You will also swim into deeper water for more interactions and get two (2) rides to swim with two (2) dolphins through the water of the pool. You will get a dorsal fin ride and toe push ride. (Approximately 2 hours with the Dolphins, Presentation, Changing Time & Photo Lab)
* You need to be able to swim in this program.
* Each session is unique, based upon the guests and dolphins.
* A 15 – 20 minute educational classroom presentation prior to entering the water.
General Information

* All participants must be 54″ / 4 feet 6 inches / 138cm.
* Any Child Participants 11 years and under must be accompanied by one paying participant over age 18.
* Anyone 12 to 17 years old can participate alone without an adult (18 yr +) in the water with them.
* Group size: limited to 10 people to ensure an unique and fun experience.
* Each Session includes the dolphin program, briefing, & marine exhibits. You could spend 2 hours in the facility.
* No Pregnant Women
* No Jewelry, Body Piercing, Fingernail Jewelry, Cameras, or Any Outside Objects in the water with the dolphins
* If you have any physical or mental limitation, please contact us before booking
* Must be able to understand directions given in English or have a paid family member or friend in the water to translate.
* Life Vest will be provided at no extra cost. Wet Suits can be provided during Winter months at no cost.
* Guests should bring their own bathing suits & towels.
* Observer will get to watch the person in the water.
* All tickets include 7.5% sales tax.
Location

* Dolphin Connection is on the Property of Hawk's Cay Resort.
* You will get complete ticket and directions either by email or text. You can not get lost.
* Key West to Duck Key approximately 1hour & 20 minutes – 1 hour by car.
* Key Largo to Duck Key approximately 50 minutes by car.
* Marathon to Duck Key approximately 20 minutes by car.
* Free Parking available.
Photography

* If you have an observer in your group, they can take photos and videos of you during your dolphin program.
* Observer must stay in the observation area.
* Observers can watch the participant . Some of the dolphin pools are obstructed views, please be aware of this.
* If the participant is in an obstructed view pool, the observer will NOT be able to see participant well.
* There will be professional photographer taking photos (No Video) of you and digital photos are included.
* NO cameras allowed in the water with the dolphins.
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received by Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. in writing by email, dolphinworldresponse@gmail.com. A 10% service charge prior 31 days of activity date. A 50% service charge within 30 – 15 day period prior activity date. A 75% service charge within 14 – 8 day period prior activity date. Prior 8 days of your reservation date, you may change your reservation to a gift certificate, good for 1 year from the date of the certificate plus change fee. Dolphin activities goes on Rain or Shine. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS who cancel within the 7 day period, does not show up, are late for scheduled program(s). Once a reservation has been made, a change to the scheduled program date is subject to availability. Changes made to existing reservations are subject to a $25.00 per person change fee.

Traveling to the Facility:
Dolphin World will not be responsible for lost or cancelled activity times as a result of air flight delays, travel or transportation delays, war, or acts of God.
