Description

You will get a 30 minutes in shallow  water experience including touching, playing kissing and training with a dolphin in waist deep water. (Approximately 2 hours with the Dolphins, Presentation, Changing Time & Photo Lab). Food is Not Available and All Day Parking is Free. Must be 1 year old and up.
IMPORTANT:
*ANYONE 7 YEARS OLD AND UP ALSO MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 48″ (122CM) CAN GO BY THEMSELVES WITH AN ADULT (18 YEARS+) OBSERVER.  CHILD PARTICIPANTS WILL BE MEASURED WITHOUT SHOES ON.
*ANYONE 6 YEARS OLD AND UNDER MUST HAVE ONE (1) PAID ADULT PARTICIPANT IN THE WATER WITH THEM (AN ADULT IS ANYONE OVER 18  YEARS OLD AND UP). 1 ADULT PARTICIPANT PER 1 CHILD PARTICIPANT.
* MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR OLD CAN PARTICIPANT.

Schedule: You must check in 30 minutes before the activity time.

Location: The Dolphin Facility is on the Duck Key, Florida. You will get complete written directions and map links with your ticket.

 

Additional information

Dolphin Encounter (non-swim)

* A 30 minute shallow water experience.
* The Dolphin Program includes: touching, playing, kissing and training with a dolphin. (Approximately 2 hours with the Dolphins, Presentation, Changing Time & Photo Lab)
* Each session is unique, based upon the guests and dolphins.
* A 15 – 20 minute educational classroom presentation prior to entering the water.
General Information

* Children 6 years old and younger must be accompanied by one paying participant over age 18. 1 Adult per 1 Child under 6.
* Anyone 7 years old and a minimum of 48 inches (122cm) can participate alone without an adult (18 yr +) in the water with them.
* Group size: limited to 12 people to ensure an unique and fun experience.
* Each Session includes the dolphin program, briefing, & marine exhibits. You could spend 2 hours in the facility.
* No Pregnant Women
* No Jewelry, Body Piercing, Fingernail Jewelry, Cameras, or Any Outside Objects in the water with the dolphins
* If you have any physical or mental limitation, please contact us before booking
* Must be able to understand directions given in English or have a paid family member or friend in the water to translate.
* Life Vest will be provided at no extra cost. Wet Suits can be provided during Winter months at no cost.
* Guests should bring their own bathing suits & towels.
* Observer will get to watch the person in the water.
* All tickets include 7.5% sales tax.
Location

* Dolphin Connection is on the Property of Hawk's Cay Resort.
* You will get complete ticket and directions either by email or text. You can not get lost.
* Key West to Duck Key approximately 1hour & 20 minutes – 1 hour by car.
* Key Largo to Duck Key approximately 50 minutes by car.
* Marathon to Duck Key approximately 20 minutes by car.
* Free Parking available.
Photography

* If you have an observer in your group, they can take photos and videos of you during your dolphin program.
* Observer must stay in the observation area.
* Observers can watch the participant . Some of the dolphin pools are obstructed views, please be aware of this.
* If the participant is in an obstructed view pool, the observer will NOT be able to see participant well.
* There will be professional photographer taking photos (No Video) of you and digital photos are included.
* NO cameras allowed in the water with the dolphins.
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received by Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. in writing by email, dolphinworldresponse@gmail.com. A 10% service charge prior 31 days of activity date. A 50% service charge within 30 – 15 day period prior activity date. A 75% service charge within 14 – 8 day period prior activity date. Prior 8 days of your reservation date, you may change your reservation to a gift certificate, good for 1 year from the date of the certificate plus change fee. Dolphin activities goes on Rain or Shine. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS who cancel within the 7 day period, does not show up, are late for scheduled program(s). Once a reservation has been made, a change to the scheduled program date is subject to availability. Changes made to existing reservations are subject to a $25.00 per person change fee.

Traveling to the Facility:
Dolphin World will not be responsible for lost or cancelled activity times as a result of air flight delays, travel or transportation delays, war, or acts of God.
