Description

Enjoy a 30-minute dolphin experience that combines both shallow- and deep-water activities. You’ll begin in waist-deep water, where you can touch, interact, play, and participate in training behaviors with a dolphin. Next, you’ll move into deeper water, put on a scuba-style mask, and swim alongside the dolphins as they move freely through the pool. The experience finishes with one of the most exciting highlights, the famous dolphin belly ride, where you’ll hold on as a dolphin carries you through the water. belly to belly. Plan on approximately 2 hours total for the dolphin experience, including the dolphin presentation, changing time, and photo viewing. All participants must be at least 48 inches tall. Food is not available at the facility, and all-day parking is free.

IMPORTANT:
* ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE AT LEAST 48 INCHES TALL AND A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OLD.
*ANYONE FROM 48 TO 53 INCHES MUST HAVE ONE (1) PAID ADULT PARTICIPANT IN THE WATER WITH THEM (AN ADULT IS ANYONE OVER 18 YEARS OLD AND UP).
* ANYONE 54 INCHES AND UP IN HEIGHT CAN PARTICIPATE WITH OR WITHOUT AN ADULT PARTICIPANT.
* NO PARTICIPANT CAN BE 250 POUNDS OR MORE IN WEIGHT.

* Schedule: You must check in 1 hour before the activity time.

Location: The Dolphin Facility is on the Southern Point of St Augustine Beach, Florida. You will get complete written directions and map links with your ticket.

Additional information

Dolphin Immersion Swim

* A 30 minute shallow & deep water experience.
* You will get to snorkel – Mask provided – where you will play and snorkel with the dolphins in deep water.
* You will get at least one (1) ride with one (1) dolphin, usually the belly to belly ride across the pool.
* The Dolphin Program includes: touching, playing and training with a dolphin. You will also swim into deeper water for more interactions and even have a time to pet and swim with the dolphin through the water of the pool. (Approximately 2 hours with the Dolphins, Presentation, Changing Time & Photo Lab)
* You need to be able to swim in this program.
* Each session is unique, based upon the guests and dolphins.
* A 15 – 20 minute educational classroom presentation prior to entering the water.
General Information

* All participants must be 48 inches & minimum of 5 years old.
* Any Child Participants between 48inches / 4 feet / 122cm and 53 inches / 4 feet 5 inches / 134cm must be accompanied by one paying participant over age 18.
* Anyone 54 inches / 4 feet 6 inches /137 cm and over in height must pay the ADULT RATE and can participate alone without an adult (18 yr +) in the water with them.
* Group size: limited to 20 people to ensure an unique and fun experience.
* Program Check In Times: – 1 hour prior to activity time
* Each Session includes the dolphin program, briefing, & marine exhibits. You could spend 2-3 hours in the facility.
* You will get an opportunity to view Marine Animal Exhibits with Sharks, Marine Life, and Sea Turtles.
* No Pregnant Women
* No Jewelry, Body Piercing, Fingernail Jewelry, Cameras, or Any Outside Objects in the water with the dolphins
* If you have any physical or mental limitation, please contact us before booking
* Must be able to understand directions given in English or have a paid family member or friend in the water to translate.
* Life Vest will be provided at no extra cost. Wet Suits can be provided during Winter months at no cost.
* Guests should bring their own bathing suits & towels.
* Showers, changing room and lockers are provided
* Observer will get to watch the person in the water plus get a behind the scenes tour of the facility.
* All tickets include 7% sales tax and 6% Marineland Dolphin Park Ticketing Fee. This fee is imposed by the park and can not be waived.
Location

* Marineland is on the Southern Point of St Augustine Beach, Florida.
* You will get complete ticket and directions either by email or text. You can not get lost.
* Daytona Beach to St Augustine Beach approximately 40 minutes – 1 hour by car.
* Orlando to St Augustine Beach approximately 2 hours by car.
* St Augustine City to St Augustine Beach approximately 30 minutes by car.
* Free All Day Parking available.
* The Dolphin Facility is on the beach. You will have access to the beach and ocean at no extra cost.
* Limited Food and Snacks are available for purchase. If you want to something more substantial, you should bring your own food.
Photography

* If you have an observer in your group, they can take photos and videos of you during your dolphin program.
* Observer must stay in the observation area.
* There will be professional photographer taking photos (No Video) of you and your group with the dolphins to purchase afterwards.
* NO cameras allowed in the water with the dolphins.
* Photo costs 1 person: $59 for all photos, 2 people: $118 for all photos, 3 people: $177 for all photos, $55 for each additional person
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received by Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. in writing by email, dolphinworldresponse@gmail.com. A 10% service charge prior 31 days of activity date. A 50% service charge within 30 – 15 day period prior activity date. A 75% service charge within 14 – 8 day period prior activity date. Prior 8 days of your reservation date, you may change your reservation to a gift certificate, good for 1 year from the date of the certificate plus change fee. Dolphin activities goes on Rain or Shine. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS who cancel within the 7 day period, does not show up, are late for scheduled program(s). Once a reservation has been made, a change to the scheduled program date is subject to availability. Changes made to existing reservations are subject to a $25.00 per person change fee.

Traveling to the Facility:
Dolphin World will not be responsible for lost or cancelled activity times as a result of air flight delays, travel or transportation delays, war, or acts of God.
