Description

You will get a 30 minute shallow (3 – 4 feet deep) water experience including touching, playing, kissing, petting and playing with a dolphin in shallow and safe water. There are no rides or deep water time in this program. (Approximately 2 hours with the Dolphins, Presentation, Changing Time & Photo Lab). Food is Not Available and All Day Parking is Free. All participants must be 3 years old and up.
IMPORTANT:
*ANYONE 54 INCHES AND UP IN HEIGHT MUST PAY THE ADULT RATE.
*ANYONE FROM 5  YEARS OLD TO 53 INCHES MUST HAVE ONE (1) PAID ADULT PARTICIPANT IN THE WATER WITH THEM (AN ADULT IS ANYONE OVER 18 YEARS OLD AND UP).
*ANYONE FROM 3 TO 4 YEARS OLD (FREE PARTICIPANT) MUST HAVE ONE (1) PAID ADULT PARTICIPANT PER CHILD IN THIS AGE RANGE. (AN ADULT IS ANYONE OVER 18 YEARS OLD AND UP).

Schedule:
* Schedule: You must check in 1 hour before the activity time.
* The Dolphin Swim Adventure & the Dolphin Encounter are in the same group. So they can be scheduled together.

Location: The Dolphin Facility is on the Southern Point of St Augustine Beach, Florida. You will get complete written directions and map links with your ticket.

Dolphin Encounter

* A 30 minute shallow (3 '- 4" feet) water experience.
* The Dolphin Program includes: touching, feeding and playing with a dolphin. You will even learn what its like to train a dolphin, getting up-close and personal like never before. (Approximately 2 hours with the Dolphins, Presentation, Changing Time & Photo Lab)
* You DO NOT need to be able to swim in this program.
* Each session is unique, based upon the guests and dolphins.
* A 15 – 20 minute educational classroom presentation prior to entering the water.
General Information

* All participants must be 40″ / 3 feet 4 inches /101cm & minimum of 3 years old.
* Any Child Participants under 40″ / 3'4"/ 122cm must be accompanied by one paying participants over age 18.
* Any Child Participants between 40″ / 3'4" / 122cm and 53″ / 4 feet 5 inches / 134cm must be accompanied by one paying participant over age 18.
* Please note: Children under 48″ may need to be held and may not be able to complete all behaviors and are FREE.
* Anyone 4′ 6″ feet (54″)/137 cm and over in height must pay the ADULT RATE and can participate alone without an adult (18 yr +) in the water with them.
* All dolphin behaviors are at the trainer's discretion for the safety of the guest and the dolphins.
* 20 participants maximum per dolphin session.
* Program Check In Times: 10am or 1pm
* Each Session includes the dolphin program, briefing, & marine exhibits. You could spend 2-3 hours in the facility.
* You will get an opportunity to view Marine Animal Exhibits with Sharks, Marine Life, and Sea Turtles.
* No Pregnant Women
* No Jewelry, Body Piercing, Fingernail Jewelry, Cameras, or Any Outside Objects in the water with the dolphins
* If you have any physical or mental limitation, please contact us before booking
* Must be able to understand directions given in English or have a paid family member or friend in the water to translate.
* Life Vest will be provided at no extra cost. Wet Suits can be provided during Winter months at no cost.
* Guests should bring their own bathing suits & towels.
* Showers, changing room and lockers are provided at no cost.
* Observer will get to watch the person in the water plus get a behind the scenes tour of the facility.
* All tickets include 7% sales tax and 6% Marineland Park Ticketing Fee. This fee is imposed by the park and can not be waived.
Location

* Marineland is on the Southern Point of St Augustine Beach, Florida.
* You will get complete ticket and directions either by email or text. You can not get lost.
* Daytona Beach to St Augustine Beach approximately 40 minutes – 1 hour by car.
* Orlando to St Augustine Beach approximately 2 hours by car.
* St Augustine City to St Augustine Beach approximately 30 minutes by car.
* Jacksonville to St Augustine Beach approximately 1 hour by car.
* Free All Day Parking available.
* The Dolphin Facility is on the beach. You will have access to the beach and ocean at no extra cost.
* Limited Food and Snacks are available for purchase. If you want to something more substantial, you should bring your own food.
Photography

* If you have an observer in your group, they can take photos and videos of you during your dolphin program.
* Observer must stay in the observation area.
* There will be professional photographer taking photos (No Video) of you and your group with the dolphins to purchase afterwards.
* NO cameras allowed in the water with the dolphins.
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received by Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. in writing by email, dolphinworldresponse@gmail.com. A 10% service charge prior 31 days of activity date. A 50% service charge within 30 – 15 day period prior activity date. A 75% service charge within 14 – 8 day period prior activity date. Prior 8 days of your reservation date, you may change your reservation to a gift certificate, good for 1 year from the date of the certificate plus change fee. Dolphin activities goes on Rain or Shine. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS who cancel within the 7 day period, does not show up, are late for scheduled program(s). Once a reservation has been made, a change to the scheduled program date is subject to availability. Changes made to existing reservations are subject to a $25.00 per person change fee.

Traveling to the Facility:
Dolphin World will not be responsible for lost or cancelled activity times as a result of air flight delays, travel or transportation delays, war, or acts of God.
