Description

You will be in about 3 feet of water for your dolphin encounter, which is perfect for non-swimmers! This program there is NO Swimming with the Dolphins. In addition with the dolphin encounter, you will get a 30 minute educational briefing & a chance to look at the professional photos taken of you, about 2 hours dolphin program time. – Life Vest (mandatory to wear), Changing Room and Locker are provided at no cost. ALSO INCLUDED, Animal Shows and Exhibits – You can spend about 3 – 4 hours in the park & dolphin program. – Food can be purchased and All Day Parking is $20 at the gate.
IMPORTANT:
1. ANYONE 10 YEARS OLD AND UP MUST PAY THE ADULT RATE AND CAN PARTICIPATE BY THEMSELVES WITHOUT AN ADULT PARTICIPANT.

2. ANYONE FROM 38 INCHES / 3 FEET 2 INCHES TALL TO 9 YEARS OLD (MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE (1) PAID ADULT (18 YEARS+) PARTICIPANTS PER GROUP OF 1 TO 3 CHILDREN IN THE WATER WITH THEM. 4 TO 6 CHILDREN WILL REQUIRE TWO (2) PAID ADULT PARTICIPANTS. MORE THAN 6 CHILDREN WILL REQUIRE AT LEAST THREE (3) PAID ADULT PARTICIPANTS.

3. ANYONE FROM 9 YEARS OLD AND YOUNGER MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE (1) PAID ADULT PARTICIPANT (18 YEARS+) IN THE WATER WITH THE CHILD OR CHILDREN. (LOOK AT RULE #2).

Location: The Dolphin Facility is on Key Biscayne, which is a set of Islands that extend from Downtown Miami. You will get complete written directions and map links with your ticket.

Dolphin Encounter

* A 30 minute shallow water experience in 3 feet of water.
* The Dolphin Encounter includes touching, petting, kissing, playing, feeding and training with a dolphin. Perfect for non-swimmers! In this program there is NO Swimming or Rides with the Dolphins. (Approximately 2 hours with the Dolphins, Presentation, Changing Time & Photo Lab)
* You do not need to know how to swim in this program.
* Each session is unique, based upon the guests and dolphins.
* A 15 – 20 minute educational classroom presentation prior to entering the water.
General Information

* All Participants must be 38inches/96.5cm/3'6" tall and up (usually about 4 years old).
* Anyone within 38inches/96.5cm/3'6" to 9 years old child, must have a paid Adult participant in the water with the child. An Adult is anyone from 18 years or older. 1 adult per group of 3 children.
* Participants from 10 to 17 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult as an observer or participant.
* In this program you will be in a small group of 7 people in the water at the same time.
* In addition, you will get an opportunity to see shows with Dolphins, Sea Lions, and Animal Exhibits with Tropical Fish, Birds, Rays, Manatees, Sharks, and Sea Turtles. You could spend 3-4 hours in the facility.
* No Pregnant Women
* No Jewelry, Body Piercing, Body Dermals, Fingernail Jewelry, Cameras, or Any Outside Objects in the water with the dolphins
* If you have any physical or mental limitation, please contact us before booking
* Must be able to understand directions given in English or have a paid family member or friend in the water to translate.
* Life Vest will be provided at no extra cost.
* Guests should bring their own bathing suit & towel.
* Showers, changing room and lockers are provided at no cost.
* Observer gets to watch the dolphin interaction & shows/exhibits but does NOT touch the dolphins.
Location

* The Seaquarium is on Key Biscayne, Miami Florida, near downtown Miami.
* You will get complete ticket and directions either by email or text. You can not get lost.
* Miami Beach to Key Biscayne approximately 20 – 30 minutes by car.
* Ft Lauderdale to Key Biscayne approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour by car.
* West Palm Beach to Key Biscayne approximately 1 1/2 hours by car.
* Naples / Marco Island to Key Biscayne approximately 2 hours by car.
* All Day Parking available, $15 per car.
* Food is available for purchase.
Photography

* If you have an observer in your group, they can take photos and videos of you during your dolphin program.
* Observer must stay in the observation area.
* There will be professional photographer taking photos (No Video) of you and your group with the dolphins.
* NO cameras allowed in the water with the dolphins.
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received by Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. in writing by email only. A 10% service charge prior 31 days of activity date. A 50% service charge within 30 – 15 day period prior activity date. A 75% service charge within 14 – 8 day period prior activity date. Prior 8 days of your reservation date, you may change your reservation to a gift certificate, good for 1 year from the date of the certificate plus change fee. Dolphin activities goes on Rain or Shine. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS who cancel within the 7 day period, does not show up, are late for scheduled program(s). Once a reservation has been made, a change to the scheduled program date is subject to availability. Changes made to existing reservations are subject to a $25.00 per person change fee.

Dolphin World will not be responsible for lost or cancelled activity times as a result of air flight delays, travel or transportation delays, war, or acts of God.
