Description

You will get a 30 minute shallow and deep water experience including touching, playing and training with a dolphin in waist deep water. Also, you will swim into deeper water for plenty of  interactions and will get to swim with the two (2) dolphins through the water of the pool. You will enjoy the exciting dorsal fin ride with 2 dolphins on each hand and 2 dolphins behind  the soles of your feet for the one of the kind dolphin foot push ride. (Approximately 2 hours with the Dolphins, Presentation, Changing Time & Photo Lab). Food is Not Available and All Day Parking is Free. All participants must be 48 inches and up.
IMPORTANT:
*ANYONE 54 INCHES AND UP IN HEIGHT MUST PAY THE ADULT RATE.
*ANYONE FROM 48 TO 53 INCHES MUST HAVE ONE (1) PAID ADULT PARTICIPANT IN THE WATER WITH THEM (AN ADULT IS ANYONE OVER 18  YEARS OLD AND UP).
*NO PARTICIPANT CAN BE 250 POUNDS OR MORE IN WEIGHT.

Location: The Dolphin Facility is on the Southern Point of St Augustine Beach, Florida. You will get complete written directions and map links with your ticket.

Dolphin Royal Swim

* A 30 minute shallow and deep water experience.
* The Dolphin Program includes: touching, playing and training with a dolphin. You will also swim into deeper water for more interactions and get two (2) rides to swim with two (2) dolphins through the water of the pool. You will get a dorsal fin ride and toe push ride. (Approximately 2 hours with the Dolphins, Presentation, Changing Time & Photo Lab)
* You need to be able to swim in this program.
* Each session is unique, based upon the guests and dolphins.
* A 15 – 20 minute educational classroom presentation prior to entering the water.
General Information

* All participants must be 48″ / 4 feet / 122cm & minimum of 5 years old.
* Any Child Participants between 48″ / 4 feet / 122cm and 53″ / 4 feet 5 inches / 135cm must be accompanied by one paying participant over age 18.
* Anyone 54 inches/ 4 feet 6 inches /137 cm and over in height must pay the ADULT RATE and can participate alone without an adult (18 yr +) in the water with them.
* Group size: limited to 20 people to ensure an unique and fun experience.
* Each Session includes the dolphin program, briefing, & marine exhibits. You could spend 2-3 hours in the facility.
* You will get an opportunity to view Marine Animal Exhibits with Sharks, Marine Life, and Sea Turtles.
* No Pregnant Women
* No Jewelry, Body Piercing, Fingernail Jewelry, Cameras, or Any Outside Objects in the water with the dolphins
* If you have any physical or mental limitation, please contact us before booking
* Must be able to understand directions given in English or have a paid family member or friend in the water to translate.
* Life Vest will be provided at no extra cost. Wet Suits can be provided during Winter months at no cost.
* Guests should bring their own bathing suits & towels.
* Showers, changing room and lockers are provided
* Observer will get to watch the person in the water plus get a behind the scenes tour of the facility.
* All tickets include 7% sales tax and 6% Marineland Park Ticketing Fee. This fee is imposed by the park and can not be waived.
Location

* Marineland is on the Southern Point of St Augustine Beach, Florida.
* You will get complete ticket and directions either by email or text. You can not get lost.
* Daytona Beach to St Augustine Beach approximately 40 minutes – 1 hour by car.
* Orlando to St Augustine Beach approximately 2 hours by car.
* St Augustine City to St Augustine Beach approximately 30 minutes by car.
* Free All Day Parking available.
* The Dolphin Facility is on the beach. You will have access to the beach and ocean at no extra cost.
* Limited Food and Snacks are available for purchase. If you want to something more substantial, you should bring your own food.
Photography

* If you have an observer in your group, they can take photos and videos of you during your dolphin program.
* Observer must stay in the observation area.
* There will be professional photographer taking photos (No Video) of you and your group with the dolphins to purchase afterwards.
* NO cameras allowed in the water with the dolphins.
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received by Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. in writing by email, dolphinworldresponse@gmail.com. A 10% service charge prior 31 days of activity date. A 50% service charge within 30 – 15 day period prior activity date. A 75% service charge within 14 – 8 day period prior activity date. Prior 8 days of your reservation date, you may change your reservation to a gift certificate, good for 1 year from the date of the certificate plus change fee. Dolphin activities goes on Rain or Shine. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS who cancel within the 7 day period, does not show up, are late for scheduled program(s). Once a reservation has been made, a change to the scheduled program date is subject to availability. Changes made to existing reservations are subject to a $25.00 per person change fee.

Traveling to the Facility:
Dolphin World will not be responsible for lost or cancelled activity times as a result of air flight delays, travel or transportation delays, war, or acts of God.
