Description

You will start off in 4 feet of water to do most of your behaviors then each person will slide into the deep water, 10 feet of depth, of the pool to get your one ride with the dolphin, usually a dorsal fin ride. – In addition with the dolphin swim, you will get a 30 minute educational briefing & a chance to look at the professional photos taken of you, about 2 hours dolphin program time. – Life Vest (mandatory to wear), Changing Room and Locker are provided at no cost. ALSO INCLUDED, Animal Shows and Exhibits – You can spend about 3 – 4 hours in the park & dolphin program. – Food can be purchased and All Day Parking is $20 at the gate.
IMPORTANT:
1. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 52″ / 132cm / 4’4″ IN HEIGHT.

2. NONE OF THE PARTICIPANTS FOR THE DOLPHIN SWIM CAN BE 250 POUNDS (114 Kilograms) OR OVER IN WEIGHT.

3. ANYONE 10 YEARS OLD AND UP CAN PARTICIPATE BY THEMSELVES WITHOUT AN ADULT PARTICIPANT.

4. ANYONE FROM 52 INCHES / 4 FEET 4 INCHES TALL TO 9 YEARS OLD (MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE (1) PAID ADULT (18 YEARS+) PARTICIPANTS PER GROUP OF 1 TO 3 CHILDREN IN THE WATER WITH THEM. 4 TO 6 CHILDREN WILL REQUIRE TWO (2) PAID ADULT PARTICIPANTS. MORE THAN 6 CHILDREN WILL REQUIRE AT LEAST THREE (3) PAID ADULT PARTICIPANTS.

5. ANYONE FROM 9 YEARS OLD AND YOUNGER MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE (1) PAID ADULT PARTICIPANT (18 YEARS+) IN THE WATER WITH THE CHILD OR CHILDREN. (LOOK AT RULE #4)

Location: The Dolphin Facility is on Key Biscayne, which is a set of Islands that extend from Downtown Miami. You will get complete written directions and map links with your ticket.

Dolphin Swim / Odyssey	* A 30 minute shallow, 4 feet of water, and deep water, 10 feet of water, experience. * The Dolphin Program includes: touching, kissing, playing and training with a dolphin and the opportunity for a deep-water interaction with a dolphin like a dorsal fin ride or foot push from one end of the pool to the other. One ride with one dolphin. (Approximately 2 hours with the Dolphins, Presentation, Changing Time & Photo Lab) * Your ability to swim (doggie paddle, breast stroke) is manditory in this program. * Each session is unique, based upon the guests and dolphins. * A 15 – 20 minute educational classroom presentation prior to entering the water.
General Information	* All Participants must be 52 inches (4\'4") or 132 Centimeters tall. * Anyone within 52inches/132cm/4’4" to 9 years old child, must have a paid Adult participant in the water with the child. An Adult is anyone from 18 years or older. * None of the Participants can be over 250 Pounds (114 Kilograms) in Weight. * Participants from 10 to 17 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult as an observer or participant. * Group size: limited to 7 people to ensure a very personal experience * A Life Vest (manditory to wear) and towel are provided for use during the session. Guests should bring their own bathing suits. * The Dolphin Facility is open 7 days a week, * In addition, you will get an opportunity to see shows with Dolphins, Sea Lions, and Animal Exhibits with Tropical Fish, Birds, Rays, Manatees, Sharks, and Sea Turtles. You could spend 3-4 hours in the facility. * No Pregnant Women * No Jewelry, Body Piercing, No Body Dermals, Fingernail Jewelry, Cameras, or Any Outside Objects in the water with the dolphins * If you have any physical or mental limitation, please contact us before booking * Must be able to understand directions given in English or have a paid family member or friend in the water to translate. * Guests should bring their own bathing suit & towel. * Showers, changing room and lockers are provided at no cost. * Observer gets to watch the dolphin interaction & shows/exhibits but does NOT touch the dolphins.
Location	* The Seaquarium is on Key Biscayne, Miami Florida, near downtown Miami. * You will get complete ticket and directions either by email or text. You can not get lost. * Miami Beach to Key Biscayne approximately 20 – 30 minutes by car. * Ft Lauderdale to Key Biscayne approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour by car. * West Palm Beach to Key Biscayne approximately 1 1/2 hours by car. * Naples / Marco Island to Key Biscayne approximately 2 hours by car. * All Day Parking available, $15 per car. * Food is available for purchase.
Photography	* If you have an observer in your group, they can take photos and videos of you during your dolphin program. * Observer must stay in the observation area. * There will be professional photographer taking photos (No Video) of you and your group with the dolphins to be purchased. * NO cameras allowed in the water with the dolphins.
Cancellation Policy	All cancellations must be received by Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. in writing by email only. A 10% service charge prior 31 days of activity date. A 50% service charge within 30 – 15 day period prior activity date. A 75% service charge within 14 – 8 day period prior activity date. Prior 8 days of your reservation date, you may change your reservation to a gift certificate, good for 1 year from the date of the certificate plus change fee. Dolphin activities goes on Rain or Shine. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS who cancel within the 7 day period, does not show up, are late for scheduled program(s). Once a reservation has been made, a change to the scheduled program date is subject to availability. Changes made to existing reservations are subject to a $25.00 per person change fee. Traveling to the Facility: Dolphin World will not be responsible for lost or cancelled activity times as a result of air flight delays, travel or transportation delays, war, or acts of God.
